We had a major leak on our brick front of our home. We called and had Mario call back within minutes. The entire process was smooth and perfect! I can't thank them enough for the perfect new entryway of my home. The team was so professional and courteous, I would highly reccommend. Thank you on a job well done!
Tri-State just finished a job on my Tudor home replacing fake stucco and rotted wood. The house looks amazing! The stucco work is true craftsmanship and looks amazing. The wood was done in brown stucco and looks like real wood. This is a family- owned business. Father and two sons. They all work alongside their crew. They showed up everyday and exactly on time. They honor their estimate and work very hard and never stop. Mario who heads up the sales in the family is remarkable. Every evening he sent an email advising of next steps and when they’d be coming. He responds to every question the same day. I would never use anyone else if I need additional stucco or brick work. First class company.
Totally satisfied with my stone veneer facade, craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. Very fairly priced and would highly recommend
Tri-State Brick & Stucco is an A Plus Company in my opinion. They traveled two and a half hours to my home to provide me with detailed and reasonable estimate. Mario is a complete Gentleman. He work ethics are excellent. It was great to have a person who knew exactly what they were doing. They are first-class at what they do. Superior workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company to someone in need of Quality stucco repairs. I will keep his contact for any future repairs. Thank you Tri-State Stucco.
Thank You Mario!Knowledgeable. Kind. Experienced. He went out of his way to help me with stucco questions. If you are looking for a company with quick response time and efficient services look no further!
The stucco on the walls surrounding our flat roof area was in serious need of help and Mario and the Team did an amazing job.During the inspection, Mario took time to explain how the builder had not applied the stucco correctly, why it was failing and cracking in so many areas and causing leaks in our ceiling and how the new work will last a long time. It was becoming a real nightmare, every time it rained it was getting worse. And weather delays had really pushed us for timing, but once they started it was all very quick. The demo went fast and a lot of the sub layer plywood and studs turned out to be rotten, disintegrating as they removed the old stucco - it was very messy but they did a good job managing it all, and due to the very tight location, even had to carry a lot of it down to street level by hand. They were very respectful inside the house, laying down paper mats and cautious navigating around, carrying the equipment etc.Mario replaced all the damaged wood before putting on the stucco layers - all of this in one full day. The stucco had to cure for a few days and then they came back and put the final coat on, with our color choice. It looks fantastic and we were thrilled with the final product!Throughout the job, Mario was great communicating, either by phone or text and they stuck to their estimate, only adding a nominal charge for the new wood needed.I highly recommend them for your stucco needs.
"Amazing Fast work done on my basement. They brick faced the entire 13 course basement in 3 days. They were neat and I was so impressed at how fast they did the work. Basement looks amazing! They moved all my gym equipment and put back cleaned the floors etc."
We are totally satisfied. The Tristate workers were skilled and worked quickly while protecting the neighbor’s driveway. We showed an example of a distinct gray color and they mixed it to a T. Cheers. We highly recommend them.

The team did an excellent job and completed in what was considered to me, remarkable time. I've read the other reviews which were negative just before I posted this and was shocked to hear they experienced the kind of issues they were claiming they saw. The team that came out to my house were punctual. Day one was at 7:30AM in the morning, which entailed setting up scaffolding, removal of siding, applying the rainscreed, stapling the metal mesh, applying the scratch coat, and installing the moldings. They brought an army of people. They all seemed skilled at what they were doing and lots of "shouted coordination" happened which was fun to watch actually. Yes, noisy but warranted for the work they were performing. Day 2 was at 7:45AM, and involved painting of the moldings and only involved 2 people. Day 3 was at 7:15AM, and was an army again. The team coordinated themselves so each had a designated section of the house and applied the stucco for the scratching of creating the brickfacing. This was all completed by 12 noon at which point they began to apply the paint to the bricks to give it the textured look we were after. By 3PM, they were done. Essentially, it was 3 days total. I couldn't be happier. SO, also, as a bonus, they re-wired my front porch lighting so instead of one porch light, I can install 2 to give it a nicer bolder look. They went out of their way to keep the lawn and shrub areas clean and tidy at end of day. Only thing, just as a heads up, these guys love to smoke (chain smokers) so you'll probably see a few cigarette butts here and there but to me, it didn't bother me since my mower will pick 'em right up. But figured I'd let everyone know just in case you were picky. They are very consistent and work as a team to coordinate by yelling over to each other so if you're not used to the noise, get used to it - it's a good thing that they kept communicating as it helped make sure things were consistent from a shape/color/standards viewpoint. The only thing I regret now is that I didn't do all sides of the house. Their pricing was fair and they really hustled to get everything done perfectly. The one side of my house would have been only $9k more but I figured I could save the money and do a few things landscaping-wise to help with curb appeal. All-in-all, great experience and would gladly hire again and recommend to others.
What a great experience working with the Zygadlo family and their crew. Mario gave us an estimate months ago. We had some delays due to other contractors and kept in touch with him periodically while waiting for other trades to complete their work. Once we were ready they showed up sooner than I had expected. Completed the entire job in half the time of the original estimate. They were able to blend a red color and almost exactly match the front of our building which was constructed in the late 1800's. The crew worked seamlessly together throughout the entire project in a very neat and professional manner. As neat of course as a Brickote job will allow. Their price was more than 50% lower than Garden State Brickface. Mario supplied us with a lengthy list(Approximately 80) of previous jobs they had completed over the last 6 years. Four of which we inspected to see how their work held up. The several that we visited all looked outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises. I could not be happier with the outcome of our project. I HIGHLY recommend their company.
"We used this company to restore our Church its original condition. The Church was built in the 1800's and was refinished with white brickface in the 1970's by Garden State Brickface and Stucco. The condition of that refinishing had deteriorated and required us to brickface the Church again. We decided to restore it to its original red color. Due to the cost of the project, we decided to complete the work in 2 phases. We used Garden State for the front of the Church a few years ago. When the time came to complete the other 3 sides, we found Tri-State Brick Face & Stucco. Thank God we did! Patrick gave us a very reasonable price which was far less than his competitor. He and his crew were very professional throughout the whole process. They even performed additional work at no charge. The quality of Tri-State's job is far superior to the work of Garden State... We only wish we found this company sooner!"
I am completely content and satisfied with the outcome of my home (hard coat stucco), not only was the owner honest and thorough but completed the project in a timely, professional and neat fashion. I highly recommend Tri-State Brick Face and Stucco for your exterior home improvements. Look forward to using Tri-State for any future needs. Best, Tania
My wife & I were absolutely blown away by the stucco job Tristate did on our home. Pat, his dad, brother, and the whole crew treated us as if we were part of their family from beginning to end. Workmanship was outstanding and at a fantastic price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
"I got a couple of estimates from a few Stucco companies but Tri-State offered the best priced. We went over what I wanted done to my house hardcoat on top and ledgestone on the bottom and in a few weeks my house was like new. It was much better than I had imagined. I love it and so do my neighbors. I was very pleased with them overall and would hire them again."
